Angie Pai (b. 1993, Taichung) is an artist working between Naarm/Melbourne, Australia and Taipei, Taiwan. Her creative methodology synthesises research in affective neuroscience and Taoist philosophy to explore how migratory adaptation unfolds through diasporic embodiment. Working across relief sculpture, textiles, experimental film, and public programming, she examines how intergenerational memory is metabolised through the body and sustained by practices of collective care. With a background spanning the arts, education, and social science sectors, she is committed to educational outreach and somatic approaches to emotional resilience. Her work centres trauma-informed pedagogy, neurodivergent perspectives, and linguistically diverse communities, fostering spaces for knowledge sharing and generative dialogue.
